How do custom grillz get fitted?

Every set is made from a dental impression of your actual teeth. Order our mold kit, take your impressions at home with the step-by-step instructions included, and send them back with the prepaid return mailer. Your grillz are then handcrafted to that exact mold — that's how we get a snap-tight fit.

What if they don't fit?

If the fit isn't right, we adjust or remake them free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Details in our Returns & Fit Guarantee.

How long does it take?

Once we receive your impressions, production typically takes 2–3 weeks before your piece ships. Complex or stone-set designs can take a bit longer — we'll tell you up front.

Can I return custom grillz?

Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale — they're made for your teeth and can't be resold. You can cancel for a full refund before production begins, and the fit remake guarantee has you covered after delivery.

Materials

Is it real gold?

Yes. Our gold grillz are solid gold — 10K, 14K, or 18K (up to 22K on select pieces) in yellow, white, or rose. No plating, no brass.

What stones do you use?

Depending on the piece: natural diamonds (including VS clarity options), VVS moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, opal, and other gemstones — always listed on the product page. Iced chains, rings, and pendants use hand-set VVS moissanite or lab diamonds in solid 925 sterling silver, and they pass a diamond tester.

Are grillz safe to wear?

Grillz are jewelry, not dental appliances. Wear them over healthy teeth, remove them to eat and sleep, and keep them clean. If you have dental work or concerns, check with your dentist first.

Care

How do I clean my grillz?

Rinse after wearing, brush gently with a soft toothbrush and mild soap, dry fully, and store them in their case. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives.
