Every order ships free within the United States, fully insured, with signature required on delivery. Your piece is protected from our bench to your door.

Production time

Custom grillz are made to order from your dental impressions. Once we receive your impressions, production typically takes 2–3 weeks before your piece ships. Complex designs or stone-set pieces may take slightly longer — we'll tell you up front if so.

How the process works

1. Place your order — choose your style, gold karat, color, and teeth.
2. Take your impressions — we send you a dental mold kit with simple instructions. Take your impressions and mail them back to us.
3. We craft your piece — made start to finish in our Las Vegas workshop, typically within 2–3 weeks of receiving your impressions.
4. Insured delivery — your finished piece ships fully insured with tracking and signature confirmation.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Lost or stolen packages

Because every shipment is insured and requires a signature, lost packages are extremely rare. If anything goes wrong in transit, contact us immediately and we will file the insurance claim and make it right — you will not be left holding the loss for a package that never arrived.

International orders

We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, contact us at alijahthejeweler@icloud.com — we may be able to arrange insured international delivery on a case-by-case basis.
