Every piece from Alijah The Jeweler is made to order in Las Vegas, NV — crafted specifically for you from your dental impressions or custom specifications. Because of that, we handle returns differently than an off-the-shelf store.

Custom & made-to-order pieces

All custom and made-to-order items (including all grillz, custom pendants, and commissioned pieces) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Each piece is made for your teeth and your specifications and cannot be resold.

Free fit remake — our guarantee

If your grillz do not fit correctly, we will adjust or remake them free of charge. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll walk you through the process. This guarantee covers fit issues arising from our craftsmanship; it does not cover damage from misuse, alterations by another jeweler, or changes to your teeth after your impressions were taken.

Order cancellations

You may cancel a custom order for a full refund before production begins (typically before we receive your dental impressions or confirm your design). Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Inspect your order on arrival. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right — repair, remake, or refund at our discretion.

Craftsmanship warranty

We stand behind our work. If a defect in materials or craftsmanship appears under normal wear, contact us and we will repair the piece. This does not cover normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or damage from misuse.
